As a member of the concert production team for Bill Graham Presents, from 1975 to 1991, I was introduced to the highest level of customer service. Bill wanted every patron to have the best experience possible. That is where I learned the basics of taking excellent care of "the customer".

Since leaving the music business I have been involved in consumer finance for over 20 years. I have been on the Delta team for almost 7 of them. I pride myself on being straight forward in the very complex finance world of today.

I live in Grass Valley with my wife of 27 years where we moved to raise our children who are now grown. I am very community oriented and involved with a number of community organizations. I do volunteer broadcaster work for our local community radio station KVMR where I host two music programs, I also am involved it their annual Celtic Festival where I manage the Vendor Marketplace. As the Technical Director for the annual benefit for the Nevada County Land Trust, I have assisted in the production of their event for the last 4 years bringing acts like America, Dan Hicks & The Hot Licks and Asleep At the Wheel to our local area.

Dawn Narvaez is Delta Home Loan’s valued Office Administrator, who began working for Delta in May 2009.  With several years of office administration and management experience,  working in the insurance industry, high end financial planning and as Client Services Director of a legal publishing company, Dawn was instantly attracted to the idea of working for a company that helps people with buying their first home, while helping to maintain customer satisfaction.  Dawn is generally the first friendly voice you hear when you call into the office.  In addition to being the hub of the office, she is an integral part of the team working on your loan and she is always striving to improve her skills, by taking college courses, attending seminars and conferences to give you, our clients the best possible service.

Many years prior to joining Delta, Dawn was Commissioned by the State of California as a Notary Public.  She is also a Certified Loan Signing Agent, a member of the National Notary Association and active member of the Business and Professional Women of Nevada County and many other professional Notary organizations.  As a Notary Public Dawn is required to participate in continuing education programs to ensure her knowledge is current.  Dawn, welcomes you to stop by with your legal documents (i.e. Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive, Will, Deed forms and the like).  Remember she is mobile, so if it is more convenient she can come to you.

Dawn is a country girl at heart she and her husband Mike of 25 years, enjoy the outdoors kayaking & hiking the many beautiful lakes that are abundant in our area.  Her personal loves are gardening and wildlife watching from her Penn Valley country home deck in the evening.
